Telephone Advice

The GP’s do not routinely make telephone calls to patients on the same day for acute problems.

If you feel you cannot wait on the next routine appointment and need emergency treatment please ring before 10am in the morning and before 2:30pm in the afternoon

Our reception staff will ask for some details of  the problem and relay this to the GP. It is of your benefit to provide the receptionist with as much detail as possible. You will then be asked to call back at a given time to find out the GPs response.
