Family Planning

Contraceptive Care provided by the Doctor during surgery hours. Due to Covid our service has been suspended but we are now delighted to be taking names to provide a LARC Clinic in November/December 2020- the date will be confirmed . The GP can provide Mirena Coils/Copper Coils and Implants. Please contact the surgery for more details and to speak with the GP regarding your options

Minor Ops/Injection Clinic

Minor Ops, surgical procedures and injections can be provided by the GP. Please contact reception for more information as our range of services are subject to change from time to time.

Maternity

Please make an appointment to see the Doctor. It is advisable that all pregnant women have an pertussis vaccine.  

Cervical Smears

By appointment with the Nurse, or at your local HSCT Family Planning Clinic, ask reception for details.   

Influenza Vaccination

An influenza vaccination is recommended for patients with heart, lung or kidney disease, diabetes and for all patients 65 years and over, and school age children.   

Baby Immunisation – Post Natal Clinic

Second Tuesday of each month 10.00am – 12.00pm

For babies 1st injections they need to be seen by the GP as well as the nurse. Please contact the surgery to arrange an appointment for the baby clinic

Child Health Surveillance

Please contact surgery. 

Asthma/COPD/Heart check/Diabetic Clinic

Please contact surgery for an appointment with the practice nurse.  It is important to have an annual review even if you have your condition under control.

Travel Immunisations

Please attend the local travel clinic for travel advice.
